For over twenty years, Polymar has concentrated
on developing High Performance Glass Laminate technology based on
Polyurethane Interlayers. Polymar has
worked closely with urethane polymer producers to define special
markets and product requirements and then develop the Optical Polyurethane
polymers to satisfy those
markets.
Today, Polymar is Europe's largest Distributor of Optical Aliphatic
Polyurethane Film products. We distribute the entire range of
all Optical Grade Glass Laminating Polyurethane films from our Central
warehouse in Antwerp Belgium, throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle
East.
Polymar and our partners (Polymer producers and Film extruders)
work closely to provide our European clients
with a
complete technical service, from plant design to startup of
production. We are available on short notice to solve problems, and
consult on special laminated glass design involving the use of any polyurethane based laminating films.
Polymar offers product design and development expertise to our clients
as well as distribution of our normal range of Interlayer products.
We developed our Polyflex® KR-319 and KR-359 Edge seal band to protect
the edges of multilayered laminates from moisture infiltration and to
offer shock absorption.
